Meet Anke

Always in pursue of excellence, Anke has 30 years experience in all areas of Hospitality. Originally trained as a chef in a Relais & Chateau Hotel and Michelin starred Restaurant in Germany she followed on working in Relais & Chateau establishments in Switzerland, France, England and Ireland and carved a path with curiosity for General Management and Sommelier ship.

Her passionate interests are in education and people.

Her Vision: Inspire + Educate = Elevate experiences

Having dedicated her recent time to the latter. She holds the WSET Diploma and is a certifed Educator. However in an ever evolving Wine & Beverage world one can never stand still.

She has been representing Ireland in international Sommeliers Competition in Paris and Belgrade. In 2022 she passed her Advanced Sommelier Exam of the Court of Master Sommeliers at her first attempt and is in process to pass the Master Sommeliers Exam, which is currently held by less than 300 Sommeliers worldwide.
